RETURNS MADE SIMPLE

 

** EXTENDED CHRISTMAS RETURNS** 

 

Any purchases from 4th December - 24th December will be able to return and arrive by the 2nd January 2024 

 

You can return any full price item within 14 days of delivery date. This is a legal requirement when purchasing online. After this time a store credit will be applied. 

 

We clearly state this in 2 locations on the website to adhere to the T&C HMRC set. 

Sale items are non refundable, Exchanges or Store Credit Only. (This includes using a voucher code and promotional offers such as Combo Deals)

The item must be returned unworn, unused and unmarked and with original tags and poly bag within 14 days.

Returns are processed within 5 days, Please contact us after this time if you haven't received an automated email. 

Refunds will be completed within 5 working days. 

You will be liable for the return postage, we prefer recorded delivery for peace of mind. Once the item is received it will take up to 5 days for your refund to appear back on your card minus any postage costs.

We at Northern Garms want to give you the best possible service this is why we are happy for you to return any unwanted item.

Any faulty items you have 28 days to report these, This is a legal requirement.
