Returns

 

You can return any full price item within 14 days of delivery date. This is a legal requirement when purchasing online. After this time a store credit will be applied. 

Sale items are non refundable, Exchanges or Store Credit Only. 

Using a voucher code will also be excluded from refunds. You can return the item for an exchange or store credit which is valid for 1 year.

promotional offers and voucher codes will also be classed as a sale item.

Lucky Dip Boxes will be excluded from refunds. Store credit will automatically be applied at the value of the box divided by the amount of items. 

If you return a sale item for an exchange and the chosen size has sold out a store credit will be applied. 

The item must be returned unworn, unused and unmarked within 14 days.

Refunds will be completed within 48 hours of Return.

Any returns outside of the UK that are sale items will automatically be issued with a store credit. 

You will be liable for the return postage, we prefer recorded delivery for peace of mind. Once the item is received it will take up to 5 days for your refund to appear back on your card minus the postage costs.

If any item is returned due to incorrect address we will refund you minus the initial shipping costs.
