Are Customs Fees & Duties Included?
As we have now exited the EU we do not include any customs or duties to the EU within the price of the product.
Customs fees Outside of the EU?
There is no additional taxes or fees due outside of the EU
How Do I Track My Order?
Once your order has been shipped by the warehouse you will receive an automated email confirmation with all the details you require.

Want To Return Your Item?
No problem, Please use the returns form within your shipment, Simply cut the address slip at the bottom of the form, Complete the form and return.
If you do require a new form please email customer services to request another.
Return Costs?
Returns are at your own cost, But if you have requested an exchange we cover the new shipping costs.
What If My Parcel Is Returned From The Courier?
Please contact us if your parcel has been returned to us we are always happy to help.
For UK orders returned with DPD they do impose a £10 fee which is passed onto the customer.
